This Table of Contents is structured based on the C-17 Training System (TS) Operational Processes and Procedures integrated with the various CMMS modules.  Clicking on a button below provides access to that Work Instruction or a main Work Instruction to a related set of Work Instructions as applicable.

These Work Instructions provide step-by-step instructions on how to execute various daily C-17 TS operational processes using the CMMS modules.  Contained with the Work Instructions are high level process flow diagrams that provided the structure and the guidelines used during the development of the Work Instruction.  Help hyperlinks contained within the Work Instructions provide access to Detail Help information that provides more specific information about a work task step.

These Work Instructions address all C-17 TS operational job functions which uses the CMMS in their operational processes.  As a result not all of the Work Instructions listed below may be applicable to your job function within the C-17 TS.  Which Work Instructions apply to your job function is determined based on your current job duties / job assignment and the departmental operational policies and procedures for your department, group, or current Integrated Product Team (IPT).  An identification of the applicable departmental or group CMMS Work Instructions can be found within a department’s / group’s C-17 TS policies and procedures contained on the department’s / group’s web page.  Applicable IPT CMMS Work Instructions are defined within the applicable IPT’s Charter approved by C-17 TS management and will identity those CMMS operational processes applicable to that particular IPT.
